3) If you do not choose a font, we will use the default font.

4) Please be sure to contact us for confirmation before customizing the pattern or logo.

5) If you have not left any customized information, we will send the pen without customization.

6) Please be sure to send a customized message within 5 hours after placing the order. For example, when you send "Happy New Year", "Happy New Year" will be engraved on the pen.

7) If you do not leave a message in time and the pen has been sent out, we cannot change it. Please understand.

8) Currently, only 16 English fonts are supported, and other languages can only use default fonts.
