1.What are the various video storage options for the camera, and what should be considered?
①The camera can operate without installing a MicroSD card. Without a MicroSD card, event videos will be automatically saved in cloud storage. If a MicroSD card is installed, surveillance videos will be stored 24x7 on both the cloud and the MicroSD card.
②For complete event video storage, additional payment is required to activate the VIP cloud storage feature.
③Purchasing a MicroSD card separately allows for rolling storage of surveillance videos 24x7, depending on the MicroSD card's storage capacity.
④ The camera supports only FAT32-type MicroSD cards. If the MicroSD card exceeds 32GB, it needs to be formatted in the camera to avoid any issues.
⑤ Once the MicroSD card is full, the camera will automatically delete the earliest videos in a loop recording fashion. To prevent file loss, it is recommended to regularly back up the MicroSD card files.
2.What should be considered during installation?
