Answer:
•Turn off the speaker and restart
•If your device requires a passcode, please enter "0000"
•Check if the speaker is connected to other Bluetooth devices.
•Try pressing and holding the phone button to enter into Bluetooth pairing mode.

•Silent during playback
Answer:
•Check if the speaker volume is adjusted to low volume
•Check if the speaker is muted or paused
•Check if the phone or playback device is paused

•Speaker's FM function does not work
Answer:
The FM mode, need to scan the FM band first.
1. change the mode to FM radio mode.
2. Short press VOL- to search the FM radio bands. Then listen to the radio, suggest you adjust the antenna for the best performance.
